How do enrollment codes work?
When you purchase multiple licenses for a course, we generate unique enrollment codes. Share these codes with your team members - they visit our redemption page, enter the code, create an account (or log in), and get instant access to the course.
Can I buy different quantities for different courses?
Yes! Add multiple courses to your cart with different quantities for each. You'll receive separate codes for each course purchase.
How long do enrollment codes last?
Enrollment codes are valid for 12 months from purchase. Once redeemed, the learner has ongoing access to complete the course.
Can I track who has redeemed which code?
Yes, your Team Codes dashboard shows the status of every code - including who redeemed it and when. The Team Progress dashboard shows their actual course progress.
What if I need more licenses later?
Simply purchase more! Add the course to your cart, set the quantity you need, and new codes will be generated. They'll appear in your existing Team Codes dashboard.
Do you offer volume discounts?
For orders of 50+ licenses, contact us for custom pricing. We can also arrange invoice billing for larger organizations.
Can team members enroll themselves in the wrong course?
No. Each code is tied to a specific course, so team members can only access the course you purchased for them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For enterprise orders (50+ licenses), we can arrange invoice billing with payment terms.
