You will learn to identify dangerous species, apply the Pressure Immobilisation Technique for snake and funnel-web spider bites, manage jellyfish stings including tropical species, and recognise the signs of anaphylaxis and envenomation. Designed for all Australians and visitors - whether you work outdoors, live in regional areas, or simply enjoy the beach or bush - this training requires no prior medical knowledge. Completing it demonstrates due diligence for employers and personal preparedness for individuals.
